Twenty-one Days of Prayer

Mark 11:23-25

23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. 24 Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. 25 “And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses.

“Our ability to take things to God in prayer is our superpower.” - Evangelist Cody Marks

Prayer is one of the most powerful tools we have as believers. Our access to the throne of God is not a small thing. God not only desires fellowship with us but He invites us to come to Him at all times, and especially at the time of need.

Hebrews 4:15-16

15 For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. 16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need

Over the next 21 days our desire is to empty ourselves of our own will and agenda and yield to the Spirit and will of God. We truly want, “Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done, in earth as it is in heaven.”

At this time we feel God pulling us into prayer and fasting. A time of consecration so that He can use us in greater measure. We believe that we are in the greatest move of God, world-wide, that we have ever seen and we are going to be a part of it.

If you call Calvary Tabernacle home, we invite you to take this journey with us. From March 27th through April 16th we will meet each day @ 6pm. If your work, school, or transportation situation prevents you from making it to the church, we ask that you join us from wherever you are to seek the face of God over the next three weeks.

2 Chronicles 7:14-15

14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. 15 Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place.

Join us as we embark on this new chapter in the journey of Calvary Tabernacle.

Record Year for MTM!!!!

God is empowering His Kingdom to do the work needed to see every soul touched by the gospel of Jesus Christ. This year like every year we participated in our organization's missions offering known as "Move the Mission” or MTM. We along with the churches of the Va district gave to the work of the Lord.

This year we saw a record-breaking offering for our district with over $114,000 coming in from across Virginia! What excitement and rejoicing to know that every little bit we may give God will multiply and use for His glory and His mission.

Join us as we celebrate this momentous moment and gear up to see even greater next year!!
